Job summary

Mox Bank in Hong Kong (SAR) invites a Senior Analyst to join Card Operations, Onboarding and Servicing. You will manage day-to-day operation from onboarding to account maintenance, reporting to Lead, Card Operations.

The role requires a university degree and at least two years in banking operations, with knowledge of credit applications; strong communication in English and Chinese, and the ability to work with ambiguity and diverse cultures.

Qualifications

• University or above.
• At least 2 years in banking with operations exposure.
• Knowledge on credit applications is preferable.
• Strong business sense and ability to work with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end customer journey for deposit and credit account opening, and card servicing.
• Identify friction and improve operation efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to guidelines, regulatory requirements, and bank policy.
• Maintain operations procedure manual and keep it up to date.
• Monitor outsourced service providers and escalate irregularities to the team leader.
• Prepare reports on capacity for management review and SLA adherence.
