Job summary

WeLab Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on Operations professional to support high-impact customer campaigns and ensure smooth fulfilment in a fast-moving digital banking environment. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Risk, Compliance and other teams to translate campaign requirements into operational actions, manage timelines, and maintain data quality.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Coordination with internal teams to translate requirements into actions; manage timelines and issue resolution.
• Marketing Communication execution across EDM, push notifications, and in-app messages with data quality checks.
• System knowledge for campaign setup, eligibility verification, and fulfilment.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain audit trails.
• Identify practical improvements to streamline fulfilment and reduce manual work.
