Job summary

Mox in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Analyst for Card Operations, Onboarding and Servicing to manage day-to-day operations from onboarding to account maintenance.

You will support end-to-end customer journeys, perform CDD/KYC reviews, review credit applications, and prepare management reports to ensure service levels and compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years in banking operations, strong English/Chinese communication, and the ability to work across cultures in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• University or above.
• At least 2 years in banking operations.
• Knowledge of credit applications is preferable.
• Strong business sense and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Strong responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding and servicing of deposits, accounts and cards.
• Identify friction, design processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the operations procedure manual and keep it up-to-date.
• Monitor outsourced service providers and escalate irregularities.
• Prepare reports for management on capacity and SLA.
• Escalate timely to team leader when issues are identified.
