Job summary

WeLab, a leading pan-Asian fintech, invites you to join our Operations team to support high-impact customer campaigns, strengthen controls, and improve day-to-day execution in a fast-moving digital banking environment.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in fulfillment operations, campaign operations, marketing execution, customer communications, banking operations, or process improvement, and a willingness to adopt AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing execution, campaign operations, fulfillment operations, or related operational support.
• Fresh graduates may also be considered for a junior level position.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or workflow enhancement solutions, or a strong willingness to adopt AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data handling, reporting, or workflow tools is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Coordination: Partner with Marketing, Product, Risk, Compliance, and other internal teams to translate campaign requirements into clear operational actions.
• You will manage campaign timelines, coordinate dependencies, track readiness, and proactively resolve issues before they affect launch quality or customer experience.
• Marketing Communication – Execution & Maintenance: Execute and maintain customer communications across EDM, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Perform careful quality checks on data transmission, personalization rules, content accuracy, and brand requirements, while keeping audience segments updated based on business rules and data feeds.
• System Management & Campaign Setup: Develop strong knowledge of internal banking systems used for campaign setup, configuration, and fulfilment.
• This includes setting up program parameters such as cash rebate arrangements, verifying customer eligibility, investigating exceptions, and resolving operational issues efficiently.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all campaign activities adhere to relevant banking regulations, compliance policies, and data privacy standards.
• This includes documenting processes and maintaining audit trails.
• Process Improvement: Identify practical ways to streamline Fulfilment processes, reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and strengthen scalability.
• You will support enhancements that improve efficiency while reducing operational risk and maintaining strong controls.
