Job summary

Dentsu in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Account Servicing professional to independently manage end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns for key clients. You will act as the primary day-to-day contact, ensuring objectives, timelines and quality standards are met.

You will translate client briefs into actionable internal tasks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and collaborate with agency partners to ensure smooth campaign implementation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in account servicing within an advertising, design or digital agency environment.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese with strong written and spoken communication skills; Mandarin helpful.
• Strong communication skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to drive initiatives within the agency and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of integrated campaigns for key clients, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for organic account growth.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal task briefs, collaborating with strategy, execution and post‑campaign analysis teams.
• Coordinate with agency partners and third‑party vendors on scopes, quotations, schedules and deliverables for smooth campaign implementation.
• Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior team members to uplift overall client servicing standards.
