Job summary

Dentsu Creative in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Account Executive / Account Executive to support the account management team across integrated campaigns, including branding, TVC/Print, and digital marketing.

You will communicate with clients, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and stay current with industry trends while delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Advertising, Branding, Marketing Communications, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of account servicing experience in an advertising agency; candidates with less experience may be considered for Account Executive.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong written and spoken communication skills; Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day account duties and supporting the team.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for internal and client meetings, and maintain up-to-date project status reports to ensure effective communication and progress tracking.
• Assist the team in managing the execution of the assigned campaigns, with minimal supervision.
• Act as the key gatekeeper to ensure all work is delivered to a high standard - on-brand, on-strategy, on-time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and provide actionable recommendations to support ongoing optimization and decision‑making.
