Job summary

Dentsu in Hong Kong is seeking an entry-level Media Planner to support the development of strategic, integrated media plans and oversee the process from briefing to post-buy. You will assist with campaign execution, trafficking and KPI evaluation, conduct competitive analyses, and collaborate with media partners while building strong relationships with clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1 year of relevant experience in marketing or media planning.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong numeracy.
Ability to build internal and external relationships.
Ability to cope with pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about media innovation and data insights.
Self-learner with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic and integrated media plans and monitor from briefing to post-buy.
Support campaign execution, trafficking, status checks and KPI evaluations.
Conduct competitive analyses and reports to drive KPI improvements.
Negotiate with media partners to secure the best pricing for the client.
Be the client’s first point of contact and manage daily account activities.
Use planning tools to derive insights from data.
Adapt to Hong Kong's evolving media landscape.
