Dentsu Hong Kong Ltd. is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead and grow our integrated client portfolios. You will act as a trusted partner, deeply understanding client priorities, stakeholders, and market opportunities to drive strategic, on-brand campaigns.

You will own campaign delivery, present persuasively to senior leaders, manage budgets, forecast revenue, and coach junior team members to elevate performance across the densu network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing Communications, business, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of account servicing experience in an advertising agency; candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Account Director.
• Proven track record in managing key client relationships and driving client satisfaction and account growth.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow integrated client campaigns across specialist teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and influence senior stakeholders with clear recommendations.
• Own the financial performance of assigned accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and turnover targets.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-selling across the dentsu network.
• Mentor and develop junior team members with coaching and feedback.
