Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is recruiting a high-calibre Manager to lead the Call Centre for a fast-growing China-based bank. You will manage inbound and outbound calls and oversee customer transactions across channels, delivering quality service.

Requirements include 4–5 years in banking customer service, fluent English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred), and strong MS Office skills. On-shift duty may be required; candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of customer service experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality service.
• Independent, self-motivated and customer-centric.
