Job summary

TSS in Hong Kong is recruiting a Customer Service Officer to handle public enquiries and complaints on a shift basis, including weekends. You will input detailed customer information into our system and route issues to the correct government sections for timely follow up.

Required HKDSE/HKCEE and at least 1 year in customer service; strong Chinese/English typing and basic computer skills. Cantonese and English fluency with Putonghua knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 subjects passed in HKDSE/HKCEE or equivalent is a MUST.
• At least 1 year working experience in customer service is preferred, including call center.
• Good Chinese and English typing skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; Putonghua knowledge is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and complaints from the public.
• Record or input full particulars of customer contacts, enquiries, applications and complaints into the computer.
• Refer received enquiries and complaints to the responsible Government sections for follow up.
• Prepare written operational and monitoring reports if instructed by the Government.
