Job summary

Candidates with call centre background and banking-related experience are preferred. Suitable applicants may possess a degree or HK exam results, with relevant certifications such as IIQE or HKSI considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or HKCEE/HKAL/HKDSE with five subjects.
• Call centre background is an advantage.
• IIQE Paper 1, 2 or HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 pass is an advantage.
