Job summary

Harvest Global Investments Limited is seeking a seasoned Fund Distribution professional to manage and grow distribution across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Taiwan, focusing on expanding local HK channel coverage through banks and retail channels.

You will visit branches, conduct product pitches, organize training, and collaborate with investment specialists to prepare materials. Fluent Cantonese is essential; CFA Level 1 or Bloomberg knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
• SFC Type 1 license holder is preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in fund sales, distribution sales, sales support, client servicing, or related roles within asset management, private banking, or retail banking.
• Familiar with Hong Kong, Mainland China, offshore fund products, and distribution landscape.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English; Cantonese is a must.
• Outgoing personality, enjoy meeting clients, and comfortable with frequent external visits and branch engagement.
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail-minded, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg would be an advantage.
• CFA Level 1 passed or progress toward CFA would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through Hong Kong retail and banking channels, including active support of Cross-boundary Wealth Management Connect initiatives.
• Actively visit bank branches and distribution partners to conduct product pitching, relationship management, and frontline business development.
• Organize and deliver product training sessions, roadshows, and client seminars to enhance distributor engagement and product awareness.
• Work closely with investment specialists and internal teams to prepare pitch books, presentation materials, fund updates, and other ad hoc sales materials.
• Identify new distribution opportunities and support the onboarding and development of new channel partners.
• Provide ongoing client servicing support, including reporting, enquiry handling, and post-sales follow-up.
