Job summary

FWD Group is expanding its business and seeking a Senior Manager to assist the Team Head of Business Development in planning, developing and executing growth strategies outside Hong Kong. You will drive agency-partner engagement, seize opportunities and ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.

The role requires a university degree, a minimum of 10 years in insurance/financial services, and strong analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in insurance and/or financial services.
• Agency channel knowledge is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in business and agency force against plan across non-HK regions.
• Assist Team Head to plan, develop and execute business planning strategies.
• Collaborate with Agency Partners to perform sales-driven activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support growth.
• Provide capability-improvement training with Business Training Team.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic guidance to management.
