Objective

As a Senior Business Development Executive / Assistant Business Development Manager (on the Korean Products Team), you would look after a team of Business Development Executives who take care of product lifecycle management of the Korean beauty products that we sell.

Key Responsibilities

• Take initiation on preparing appropriate promotional plans through sales performance review, brand studies, internal resources evaluation and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal parties, including colleagues based in Korea who directly deal with the different brands, to ensure campaign alignment and monitor campaign performance.
• Analyze customer behaviour and sales data to refine promotional tactics.
• Conduct research on e-commerce trends, Korean beauty brands and competitors analysis.
• Mentor team members in process comprehension and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in business research, analysis or planning, preferably from e-commerce or digital-related field
• Fluent in English and Chinese, good command of Korean
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel. Strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Team player but can also work well on her/his own.

Candidates with additional experience may be considered for Business Development Manager.
