Job summary

YesStyle.com in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Social Media Team to oversee our content feed and lead a team of content creators. You will design content calendars and drive campaigns across global platforms.

You will partner with marketing and product teams to launch promotions, monitor trends, and ensure brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, and other channels. A degree in marketing and 5+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or related discipline
• 5+ years in social media or content creation
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong people management and organizational skills
• IG and TikTok content experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term content goals for the creative team across all global social media platforms.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to boost efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and other teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor customer interactions and emerging social media trends to inform future campaigns.
• Oversee tone of voice and visual identity across all social channels to ensure brand consistency.
• Evaluate content performance and campaigns through reports to maximize organic exposure and KPIs.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Objective

As an Assistant Manager in the Social Media Team, you will oversee our content feed and lead a team of content creators. You will design and execute YesStyle’s content calendars, driving a strategy that boosts promotions, brand awareness, and audience engagement. With a passion for multimedia storytelling, you will create social media content that captivates global beauty and fashion enthusiasts while growing our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term content goals for the creative team across all global social media platforms.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to boost efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with various teams to execute marketing promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor customer interactions and emerging social media trends to inform and optimize future campaign strategies.
• Oversee the tone of voice, and visual identity of all social channels to ensure strict brand consistency.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns through performance reports, aiming to maximize organic exposure and engagement and achieve KPIs.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing or other related disciplines
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
• 5+ years of relevant experience in social media or content creation
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong people management skills combined with hands‑on experience in marketing communications
• Creative, proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
• In‑depth knowledge of social media and content creation
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Experience in content creation for Instagram and TikTok is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager tools is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
