Job summary

Leadingnation requires a Senior Business Analyst/Assistant B&C Performance Manager to lead retail performance analytics, CRM insights, and KPI reporting. You will coordinate between regional Retail Heads and Global teams, develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights for growth.

The role emphasizes Excel/Power BI expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication. APAC support and ad hoc projects are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead business performance reporting across sales and client KPIs with strategic insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Excel/Power BI) to drive visibility.
• Perform CRM analytics to understand customer behavior and lifecycle performance.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to standardize reporting and analytics.
• Support APAC reporting and ad hoc analyses as needed.
