Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Life Insurance POS platform (iBuy). You will act as a bridge between business users, IT, and vendors, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into actionable specifications for development teams.

The role requires strong SDLC experience, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to support UAT and rollout activities while ensuring regulatory and operational alignment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong experience managing and documenting business and IT requirements.
• Experience in project delivery across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
