Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a capable IT Business Analyst for a professional organization driving business and technology transformation initiatives. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure clear communication and aligned objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office applications.
