Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong Co. Limited is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our client in the insurance sector.

You will gather and analyze requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and translate business needs into clear functional specs for IT and digital platforms. Working closely with stakeholders and the Scrum team, you will support end-to-end BA activities across Sales, Underwriting, Administration, Claims, Finance and Customer Service, contributing to agile ceremonies

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience within insurance or financial services.
• Experience in digital / system implementation projects (e.g. eServices or process automation) is preferred
• Strong exposure in requirements gathering, user stories, BRD and UAT coordination
• Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and business sense
• Good communication skills to work with both business and IT stakeholders
