Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Building Services Manager (Senior/Deputy) based in Hong Kong or Singapore to lead MEP design management and project delivery. The role involves steering design teams, ensuring buildable and energy-efficient systems, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in MEP design or project management, strong knowledge of HK/ Singapore regulations, and experience with BIM.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive MEP design and/or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of international MEP standards and best practices.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, suppliers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design management and/or project management for relevant projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors for buildable, energy-efficient MEP systems.
• Manage design changes driven by site conditions, budget or client requests.
• Oversee MEP design delivery and project management from design to completion.
• Guide and develop the internal MEP team.
