Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced MEP design manager to lead design management for design-build or traditional projects in Hong Kong. You will coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver buildable, energy-efficient MEP systems, oversee changes, and guide the internal MEP design team.

15+ years of relevant experience and BIM knowledge are preferred; hospital/healthcare project exposure is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant MEP design or design management experience.
• Strong understanding of international MEP standards and best practices.
• BIM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design management for design-build or traditional projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on buildable MEP systems.
• Manage design changes driven by site conditions or client requests.
• Oversee MEP design delivery across design and construction stages.
• Manage and guide the internal MEP design team.
