Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a senior Building Services professional to lead on-site BS/E&M projects in Hong Kong. The role requires strong coordination with subcontractors, clients and consultants to ensure progress, delivery of materials, quality and safety on site.

Applicants should hold a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering and have at least 10 years post-qualification experience in large multi-discipline BS/E&M

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in managing large scale multi-discipline BS / E&M projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor / report site installation progress, materials delivery, quality & safety.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and liaise with clients, architects and consultants on all BS/E&M matters on site.

Education
