Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant structural design, design management, and/or project management experience.
• Experience in both consultant and contractor environments is a plus.
• Public sector projects and healthcare facilities experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; Mandarin knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design management for complex projects.
• Oversee design development, analysis, and documentation for buildings and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams to integrate structural elements smoothly.
• Ensure designs meet safety codes, seismic/wind requirements, and durability standards.
• Instruct or oversee the internal structural team as required.
