Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer to lead and coordinate MEP design for complex projects in Hong Kong or Singapore. You will work across HVAC, electrical, fire protection and plumbing systems, collaborating with other trades, and support project delivery from design through completion, including commissioning and handover.

Senior Building Services Engineer (Hong Kong or Singapore based)

Prepare construction-focused MEP designs and/or support project management from design through to completion.

Coordinate with other trades on service routes and equipment spaces during design and/or project delivery.

Assist in commissioning planning and handover documentation.

Requirements:

Familiarity with either Singapore or Hong Kong building codes, statutory submissions, and construction practices.

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering; professional registration is an advantage.

8+ years of relevant MEP design and/or project management experience (consultant, contractor, or specialist firm background accepted).

Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems.

Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

BIM experience and knowledge are preferred.

Prior experience in MEP design and/or project management of public sector building projects and/or hospitals and healthcare facilities (public or private) will be considered a strong advantage.
