Job summary

SYH Engineering Limited is seeking a capable Technical Manager or Assistant Technical Manager to oversee building services facilities management, tendering, and project delivery for maintenance, repair and improvement works.

Responsibilities include preparing tender documents, liaising with owners' corporations, tenants, contractors and consultants, coordinating multi-projects, and managing vendors and contracts; strong Chinese and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services
• Min 5 years in facilities, property maintenance and management including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Familiar with tender drafting, procedures and implementation related to E&M, building renovation, OSH, MBIS/ Minor Works proceeding
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to multi-task under pressure
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English

Responsibilities

• Propose and handle improvement works and alteration & addition works.
• Prepare tender documents for maintenance, repairing and improvement works of E&M and builder works and perform the project administration.
• Liaise and handle owners'/tenant's requests on technical related services.
