Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in building operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Building Maintenance Team and support the General Manager.
• Coordinate functions between Building Maintenance and Building Services teams.
• Recommend and implement operation and maintenance policies.
• Manage procurement and execute contracts for asset enhancement projects.
