Rise Associates Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer (Building Services) on the developer side for commercial projects. You will oversee and standardize operations and maintenance procedures for building services to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient practices.

You will lead feasibility studies, manage upgrades to improve energy efficiency, coordinate projects end-to-end, and ensure budgets, schedules, and documentation are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Grade B Registered Electrical Worker certificate is an advantage.
• 5+ years post-graduate experience in operation and maintenance of commercial buildings.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on testing and commissioning of E&M/BMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, control systems, and energy management principles.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and standardize O&M procedures for building services.
• Lead feasibility studies and upgrades to improve energy efficiency.
• Manage projects from inception to completion including budgeting.
• Prepare budgets and forecast expenditure.
• Audit building systems and implement maintenance or upgrades.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervise contractors ensuring quality and timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and records.
• Monitor energy consumption and identify optimization opportunities.
