Job summary

ConnectedGroup Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a commercially driven Business Development / Account Manager to drive new customer acquisition and grow strategic accounts in the trims sector. You will build relationships with sourcing and buying offices and manage existing accounts across APAC and global markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Merchandising, or Sourcing.
• Strong network within international apparel brands, sportswear brands, or buying offices.
• Experience in trims, accessories, textiles, garments, packaging, or related industries preferred.
• Proven track record in business development and account growth.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with apparel, sportswear, footwear, and lifestyle brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with sourcing offices, buying offices, and key decision-makers.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts across APAC and global markets.
• Work closely with product development and manufacturing teams to deliver customer solutions.
