Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts on a daily basis, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of business issues.
• Drive and deliver sales and profit targets, while actively contributing to business growth strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities within major retail chains and partner with cross-functional teams to bring opportunities to life through project-based initiatives.
• Oversee budget planning and demand forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Coordinate materials and resources needed to support future business plans, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis, tracking category trends, competitor activities, and customer profiles to inform strategic decisions.
