IQ-EQ is expanding its commercial presence in Greater China and seeks a seasoned Business Development Director to drive strategic growth in Private Wealth. This senior role focuses on direct and cross-selling our services to Family Offices, MFOs, institutions, and UHNWIs, partnering with the Asia leadership team.

You will lead revenue growth, build key relationships, and represent IQ-EQ as a trusted advisor in one of our most important markets.

Qualificações

• Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within financial services, private wealth, family office services, or professional services.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese would be an advantage.
• Proven track record of originating, managing and closing business within the Greater China market.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new business prospects through targeted research and sourcing aligned with regional strategy.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and key markets.
• Provide tailored fee proposals and manage client engagements through the pre-engagement phase.
• Engage clients via calls, meetings, events, and written communication to grow relationships.
• Support RFPs, RFIs and client documentation; ensure accurate records in systems.
• Collaborate with regional/global sales to drive cross-selling and process improvements.
