Job summary

Tiger Brokers Hong Kong is seeking a high-performing wealth management business development professional to focus on acquiring new high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and strategic partners. You will own the end-to-end BD cycle, from sourcing and needs assessment to solution delivery and fund onboarding, collaborating with product, investment and trading teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of wealth management or financial business development experience and a proven NNM track

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of wealth management or financial business development experience.
• Proven ability to originate and convert high-value client relationships.
• Strong understanding of asset allocation and investment products.
• Results-driven, resilient under pressure with clear numerical targets.

Responsibilities

• Focus on acquiring new high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and strategic partners to drive significant net new money inflows.
• Own the end-to-end business development cycle, from sourcing and needs assessment to solution delivery and fund onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal product, investment, and trading teams to structure tailored wealth and investment solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong external network, including FAs, EAMs, family offices, entrepreneurs, and distribution partners.
• Actively manage and review the sales pipeline to ensure sustainable and predictable net new money growth.
• Support strategic initiatives and key projects aligned with the firm’s long-term growth objectives.
