Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of spirits and liquor; next-level bartending skills; passion for Japanese libations.
• Confidence and charisma, with a passion for service and guiding guests on deeply personal drinking journeys.
• Outstanding storytelling techniques (through drinks and stimulating conversation) to engage with our Members.
• A proven track record in bar operations in a similar capacity.
• A strong command of English.

Responsibilities

• Create incredible experiences for our Members by crafting cocktails tailored to each individual's preferences.
• Share your unrivaled knowledge of product and flavour profiles with our Members.
• Ensure every part of our bar service meets Carlyle & Co.'s level of excellence — from cocktail prep and bartending to garnishing and presentation.
• Interact with Members to obtain feedback and build positive relationships.
• Support the Director of Beverage in operations while maintaining high productivity.

You will be supporting our Director of Beverage to elevate Member moments with a seamless combination of drinks mixing classic nostalgia with contemporary creativity. What you need to have:

Broad knowledge of spirits and liquor, plus next-level bartending skills - a passion for Japanese libations is a distinct advantage
