Job summary

Chevalier Asia Limited is seeking a bartender with at least 2 years of cocktail experience to greet guests, take orders, and deliver high-quality drinks in a fast-paced bar setting.

You will prepare coffee beverages, craft cocktails to standards, maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and coordinate with servers for seamless service. Strong guest interaction and multitasking are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in cocktail bars or hospitality venues.
• Proven record in hospitality or drinks industry roles.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service principles.
• Excellent customer service and professional guest interaction.
• Strong organization and multitasking for exclusive bar experience.
• Ability to work calmly under busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet members promptly and professionally, create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar
• Take accurate drink orders, including specialty coffee drinks, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Prepare and serve a full range of coffee orders (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, iced coffee, etc.) using proper techniques and equipment
• Mix and serve classic and signature cocktails to recipe standards, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and garnish
• Maintain bar cleanliness, including wiping surfaces, washing glassware, and keeping the workspace organized
• Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, coffee supplies, and other inventory as needed
• Check and manage stock levels; report low items to management
• Assist with opening/closing procedures (setup, breakdown, cash reconciliation, cleaning)
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist serving food and beverages, and promptly addressing guest inquiries or concerns.
