Carlyle & Co. Hong Kong seeks a Senior Bartender / Bartender at Town Club to craft cocktails for our Members, drawing on a broad knowledge of spirits and modern technique.

You will support the Head of Bars to elevate guest journeys, share product knowledge, and deliver drinks with flawless presentation and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of spirits and liquor; next-level bartending skills; interest in Japanese libations is a plus
• Confident, charismatic with a passion for service and guiding guests on personal drinking journeys
• Outstanding storytelling through drinks and conversation to engage Members

Responsibilities

• Create cocktails tailored to each Member's preferences and occasions
• Share product knowledge of flavours and profiles with Members
• Ensure bar service meets Carlyle & Co. standards from prep to presentation
• Interact with Members to obtain feedback and build positive relationships
• Support the Director of Beverage in daily operations and maintain high productivity
