Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field.
- 6–8 years hands-on experience in technical services, AV maintenance, or network engineering.
- Proven experience with LED screen repair, diagnostics, and maintenance.
- Strong practical experience in AV over IP implementations and large-scale venue or broadcast environments.
- Expert knowledge of SMPTE ST 2110, NDI, and Dante; CCNA/CTS certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on LED screens, video walls, digital signage, and audiovisual systems.
- Configure and maintain AV over IP networks with VLANs, QoS, and routing.
- Lead and mentor the engineer and network engineer on technical initiatives.
- Coordinate with broadcast partners for live events and after-hours support.
- Document network topologies and maintenance logs; plan capacity upgrades as needed.
