Job summary

Kinly Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced client and events team leader to manage on-site delivery of live events across multiple client sites. You will guide Events Technicians, coordinate with the Service Delivery Manager, and ensure faults are reported and resolved promptly.

You will develop procedures, share best practices, and maintain strong client relationships while balancing scheduling, resource planning, and post-event reviews to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role with leadership and collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of AV/VC equipment and systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX, Cisco, Zoom, VMR).
• Excellent communication skills with credibility.
• Experience leading a team.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Client management: maintain relationships, advise on best practice and technical risks.
• Team management: direct leadership of Events Technicians and coordinate with the SDM for resourcing.
• Fault reporting management: ensure all faults are reported and escalated.
• On-site events management across all sites with responsibility for delivery.
• Manage rota, holidays and sickness to maintain service delivery.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the AV team.
• Provide regular feedback on communication and service improvements.
• Develop and keep service procedure documentation up to date.
• Identify areas for technological or operational improvements.
• Carry out power down/up as required, including out-of-hours commitments.
• Promote collaboration while maintaining team morale.
• Report on SLA performance and other metrics for the client.
• Attend pre-event planning meetings and handle resource scheduling and briefing.
• Maintain client communication and assess technical requirements to select solutions.
• Project management of live broadcast across client sites.
• On-site management and overall responsibility of events.
• Prepare post-event wrap-up report and incident rectification actions.
