Job summary

AVI-SPL Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee the technical delivery of large AV integration projects in Hong Kong. You will review projects, finalize materials, drawings, and infrastructure requirements, and coordinate network setup for installation and commissioning.

You will mentor team members, balance customer expectations with business needs, and ensure milestones align with project goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AV design, integration, or field support.
• CTS-I certification is preferred.
• ANP certification or Cisco CCNA equivalent.
• Full working rights in Hong Kong.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review projects and finalize BOM, drawings, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate network and site installation readiness.
• Provide guidance to project teams and resolve technical questions.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure design adherence.
• Prepare as-built drawings and closeout documentation.
