Job summary

Principle One Ltd seeks an AV Engineer to deliver exceptional support and services to our financial services clients. You will install, calibrate, and troubleshoot AV systems, program Q-SYS and Crestron, and train end-users for optimum experience.

The role requires 5–10 years of AV maintenance experience, strong English and Chinese communication, and the ability to work independently or in shifts for client events.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of AV maintenance at Financial Service company.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player, pro-active and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AV operational support to banking and commercial clients.
• Provide onsite AV support at client offices during operation hours with shifts as needed.
• Coordinate, setup, test and standby for client events and conferences.
• Install, calibrate and maintain AV systems per client specs and industry standards.
• Provide training and technical support to end-users.
• Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Stay up to date with AV technologies and develop skills.
• Program and configure Q-SYS and Crestron control systems.
• Configure and optimize audio equipment including Shure and Sennheiser.
