Kinly is seeking an AV Event Manager to oversee on-site event services and client relationships. You will lead Events Technicians, coordinate with the Service Delivery Manager, and ensure delivery of best-in-class AV services across multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of AV/VC equipment, and fluency in Cantonese and English to communicate with clients and teams. Salary is negotiable based on experience, with company benefits.

• Proven experience leading AV/event teams and managing client relations.
• Strong knowledge of AV/VC equipment and systems.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English for client communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery of on-site event services between Kinly and clients.
• Lead Events Technicians and coordinate with the SDM for resources.
• Report SLA performance and post-event debriefs.
• Develop and maintain service procedures and best practices.
• Manage rota, holidays and sickness to ensure smooth events.
