Job Description

• Being the subject matter expert in from presales to AV System Design and Implementation to clients’ requirements
• Support the overall efforts of the design team, and at all times be the advocate for and adviser on issues that relate to multimedia systems.
• Consider the complexity of designing a building. Thousands of details must be considered and coordinated. Audiovisual wise, there are dozens of critical issues to work out:
• Lead and conduct Needs Analysis, Facilities Design, Systems Design and Implementation for client projects
• Master and coordinate the resources across the company’s range of expertise necessary to propose and price a winning solution in the required timescale.
• Accurately estimate resources required to design and deliver a solution.
• Proactively communicate with engineers and sales on solutions provide and expectation set with clients
• Develop and maintain positive relationship and feedback with manufacturers.
• Constantly looking for opportunities to improve audiovisual solutions to meet client business needs

Job Requirements

• Degree Holder or relevant
• Minimum 5 years audiovisual technologies experience
• Knowledge/experience on audio and video system such as Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, AMX, ClearOne, Biamp, Extron, and other bridging systems are preferred
• Thorough understanding of audiovisual testing methodologies and quality assurance.
• Practical knowledge of onsite installation technology and co-ordination.
• Knowledge and practical experience in banking office/trading floor/video conference room setup.
• Strong liaison and negotiation skills with client, AV vendors and contractors.
• CTS qualification is preferred (audio visual qualification from AVIXA)
• Ability to clarify and explain technical topics in both professional and layman terms
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ability to identify, gather analyze and understand information and reach sound conclusions, recommendations or solutions
• Lead junior engineers and technicians in the project team
