Vistra in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Associate, Private Client to support Trust Relationship Managers by delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients.

You will coordinate with service providers, prepare and review account opening documents and facility requests, and conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of trust administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime.
• Detail oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
• Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented.

Responsabilités

• Support Trust Relationship Managers by delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients.

• Processing of bank account opening documents, credit facilities, insurance transfer/purchase documents, distribution requests.
• Conduct administrative reviews on existing trust and company structures such as periodic reviews and transaction monitoring.
• Comply with the Group’s internal control and audit standards.
• Participate in ad hoc projects or matters.

Key responsibilities:

Key requirements:

• STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage
• At least 1-3 years of trust administration experience
• Strong knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime
• Detail oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision
• Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented
