Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a senior IT supervisor to oversee End Users Support, Trade Floor Support, and IT Operations from its Hong Kong office. The role emphasizes timely, high-quality technical support, system operations, and project implementation in collaboration with APAC and head office teams.

Candidates should have a degree in IT, 6+ years in sizeable firms with 2–3 years in supervision, strong experience with trading systems (Bloomberg, Refinitiv/LSEG, EBS), and proficiency in ITIL

Qualifications

• Degree holder in IT or related discipline.
• At least 6 years’ IT experience in sizeable firms, with 2–3 years in team supervision.
• Solid experience in supporting and troubleshooting desktop applications, VDI, endpoint security and control systems.
• Hands-on experience in trading systems: Bloomberg, Refinitiv/LSEG, EBS, dealer board.
• Familiar with ITIL processes; ITIL/CCNA/MCITP preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and result-oriented.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Head to supervise End Users Support, Trade Floor Support, IT Operations to ensure timely, effective and high quality technical support services & routine system operations.
• Manage endpoint systems such as Virtual PC platform, patch management, cyber hygiene and system management tools.
• Perform system operations, maintenance, support and troubleshooting.
• Manage IT assets, maintaining an accurate ledger for both hardware and software inventory.
• Act as supervisory level to provide technical support for treasury users and systems, including Refinitiv, Bloomberg, EBS, Dealer Board and other HO systems.
• Assist Team Head and Project Governance team to implement IT projects.
• Work closely with APAC regional and Head office team for project delivery, system implementation and on-going support.
• Liaise and manage external vendors for project implementation, maintenance and support.

• Familiar with ITIL processes and control
• ITIL, CCNA, MCITP are preferred
