SMCP seeks an Architectural Project Manager to lead store development across APAC. You will oversee full project lifecycles from concept through handover, coordinating with landlords, contractors and internal teams to ensure design integrity and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years luxury/commercial fit-out experience, fluency in English and Mandarin, and strong AutoCAD/Office skills. Occasional regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in interior design, architecture, building services, project management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in luxury/commercial fit-out projects, delivering from inception to completion.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness for occasional regional travel.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Project Delivery: manage all phases from feasibility to project close-out within schedule and budget.
• Stakeholder Management: coordinate with landlords, contractors, consultants and vendors across APAC.
• Design & Technical Execution: translate brand concept into practical architectural solutions.
• Risk & Schedule Management: identify risks, resolve delivery issues, implement mitigation.
• Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency: monitor progress, ensure design compliance across sites.
• Regulatory Compliance & Approvals: coordinate design submissions and approvals with authorities and landlords.
• Project Administration & Financial Governance: manage budgets, contracts, procurement, payments and close-out.
• Agility & Multi-Tasking: handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced regional environment.
