Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Business Operations Associate to orchestrate an AI-native operating environment across people, AI agents, and cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, product operations, strategy, or related role.
• Strong business judgement and practical problem-solving in operations, product, or client contexts.
• Technical literacy to work with AI agents, prompts, workflows, APIs, and automation.
• Clear, concise, and responsive communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise under uncertainty with sensible trade-offs.
• Comfort in an AI-native environment with multiple AI agents across functions.
• High attention to detail and reliability in high-impact workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real-time alignment across business teams, Engineering, Product, Operations, AI agents, and stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into clear workflows, owners, decision points and next actions.
• Identify bottlenecks, handoffs gaps, and conflicting priorities.
• Maintain visibility across initiatives and ensure critical work progresses.
• Test and refine AI-heavy workflows, including edge cases and escalation rules.
• Build feedback loops between business users, AI agents, and Engineering.
• Own quality standards for AI-assisted internal processes and ensure proper handoffs and escalation points.
