Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking an operations-focused quant developer to own trading workflows and risk monitoring. You will automate end-to-end trade lifecycles across multi-asset classes using Python, ML, and AI tools to reconcile and analyze performance.

You will build AI-assisted P&L attribution, tackle variance explanations, and develop real-time risk models with dashboards for the desk, accommodating high-intensity, global trading needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in front-office operations, quant development, or risk management within a financial institution.
• Proficient in Python for AI/ML and strong SQL skills.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of trades across multi-asset classes with AI-driven workflows.
• Perform daily P&L attribution and explain variance with market moves and AI-generated commentary.
• Develop real-time risk models and reporting dashboards to monitor desk risk.
