Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, commercial operations, business operations, analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong spreadsheet, dashboarding, and analytical ability; comfortable with performance metrics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable with follow-through.
• Comfortable coordinating across distributed teams and multiple functions.
• Interest in AI-enabled workflows and willingness to use AI tools for automation and insight generation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales associate performance, transactions, pipeline activity, and bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports.
• Analyze sales trends and identify reasons for underperformance or gaps.
• Track adoption and effectiveness of internal sales tools, including AI-enabled tools.
• Partner with Sales AI team on data quality, reporting needs, and tool improvements.
• Coordinate sales trainings, meetings, follow-ups, and operational communications.
• Manage sales-related follow-ups with Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records, action trackers, and status updates across initiatives.
• Support broader commercial and strategic projects led by the Chief of Staff.
