Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is recruiting a Senior Accountant for an established FMCG company in Hong Kong. You will own full-spectrum accounting, including financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, cash flow management, and audits.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of accounting experience, a degree in Accounting/Finance, and a professional qualification such as HKICPA or ACCA is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, plus multilingual communication, is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably FMCG, retail, trading, or multinational companies.
• Solid experience in handling full set of accounts and financial reporting.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing activities
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and variance explanations
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
