Shun Tak Property Management Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced accounting professional to handle full sets of accounts independently, and to manage monthly billing, financial reporting and management reporting.

The role requires 5-8 years of relevant experience, HKICA or ACCA, and a Diploma or above in Accounting. Strong English and Chinese skills, plus the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are essential. Ad-hoc projects and supervision duties are also included.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance or related disciplines.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in property management or investment.
• Qualified HKICA or ACCA
• Good written and spoken English & Chinese
• Independent and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Shun Tak Property Management Limited is a wholly – owned subsidiary of the Shun Tak Group currently managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong and Macau. Handles full sets of accounts independently

Liaise and prepare monthly billing, financial reporting & analyses, and management reporting

Check payment requests to ensure completeness and compliance with financial policies, procedures and contractual requirements

Review and record daily income report as well as perform sequential check for completeness and accuracy of client’s income

Supervision of subordinates to perform accounting tasks

Assist in ad-hoc projects

Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance or related disciplines

5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in property management or investment

Good communication and interpersonal skills
