Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 16 years of relevant experience in the property management industry.
• Qualified HKICPA/ACCA member or related professional qualification.
• Strong Excel skills including macros and pivot tables; familiarity with Flex and Fion.
• Analytical, well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
• High proficiency in accounting, taxation, and Companies Ordinance knowledge.
• Good leadership and collaboration with business units and senior executives.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise, and lead several teams to carry out daily accounting operations including the financial close, financial analysis, reporting, and tax compliance matters.
• Prepare and review month-end closing, quarterly reporting, interim and annual deliverables, including financial information for the Board/Management.
• Review and approve tax matters before submission to the tax authority and ensure tax compliance.
• Prepare annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and management reports.
• Provide analytical review based on financial data and offer strategic solutions for management.
• Liaise with auditors and other professional parties.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, supervise, and lead several teams to carry out daily accounting operations but not limited to the financial statement close process, financial analysis, reporting and tax compliance matters
• Prepare and review month-end closing, quarterly reporting, interim and annual deliverables, including financial information for the Board/Management
• Review and approve Tax matters before providing them to the tax authority. Interpret tax planning and ensure compliance
• Prepare annual budgeting, rolling forecast, financial and management reports
• Provide analytical review based on financial data and provide strategic solutions for management
• Liaise with auditors and other professional parties
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
• At least 16years of relevant experience gained from property management industry
• Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or related professional qualifications
• Strong in excel - macro and pivot table and Flex accounting system and Fion
• Strong analytical mind, well-organized, able to work under pressure, and manage tight timelines
• High proficiency in accounting technical, taxation, and companies ordinance knowledge
• Good leadership and interpersonal and collaboration skills, with effective communication abilities with business units and senior executives
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
