Shun Tak Property Management Limited is seeking a property management professional to oversee maintenance contracts and ensure project compliance in Hong Kong.

You will negotiate with contractors, monitor performance, supervise the technical team, and liaise with government authorities while ensuring adherence to latest regulations. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential, and leadership and problem-solving skills are required to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in building repair and maintenance.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and monitor maintenance contractors' performance.
• Oversee tendering, awarding and renewal of maintenance/improvement contracts.
• Vet fit-out/reinstatement requests for compliance.
• Liaise with government authorities and public bodies.

Job Duties

Negotiate and monitor the performance of maintenance contractors, suppliers and technical team's staff

Responsible for the tender, award and renew of the contracts for maintenance/improvement works

Responsible for vetting of the fit-out/reinstatement requests

Liaise with relevant government authorities and public bodies

Ensure the compliance of the latest statutory regulations and requirements

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines

At least 5years working experiences in building repair & maintenance

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Strong leadership, presentation and problem solving skills

Responsible, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure
